Vanishing Species was established in July 2011 by Kate Booker, Emma Hawkins and Anna Tinker. Originally from Australia, the UK and Canada, the three met in South Africa in 2009 and bonded over a shared love of wildlife and conservation, Krispy Kreme donuts and a tendency to spend way too much time online.
We aim to be a great source of information about wildlife, conservation and the environment.
We’ve done our job if you leave here informed, entertained… and most of all inspired.
